Thank you for choosing to Zoom with Girls Who Code

at

BINGHAMTON UNIVERSITY

Due to the recent outbreak, the managing board at Girls Who Code at Binghamton University has decided to conduct our classes virtually on Zoom for the safety of all. We thank all students who are continuing the program as well as those who would like to come back next semester. We hope you stay safe and practice hobbies (coding).

How Classes will be Held:

Heading 1

Classes will be conducted similarly to in-person classes, every Saturday from 10 AM to 12 PM (March 21st, March 28th, April 18th, April 25th, and May 2nd). All classes will be monitored by the Girls Who Code Club Managing Board. We will be disabling the webcam feature and solely recording the audio to be sent to students who cannot attend the class for that week.

Please follow the instructions below for using Zoom:

1. Download the Zoom app on your computer using the following link: https://zoom.us/support/download

2. Sign up for Zoom using your or your parent's email address (it's free!).

3. Go to the link sent to you on March 20 to join at least 5 minutes before each class (the link will be the same for every class).

If you are having trouble finding the link, please email us. If it is Saturday morning and you are having difficulties coming to the call, please give us a ring at 646-359-2198.

4. When you join the meeting, you will first see the option to join with or without your video. Please select "Join Without Video."
